To obtain an admissions application, please do one of the following:

1. Complete the Online Inquiry Form, after which you will be directed to a link enabling you to download the application.

3. Call the Admissions Office at 585-671-4910 and request an application.

4. Mail or fax the school requesting an admissions packet:
