Rochester Christian School relies on financial support beyond tuition payments to cover the school's operating expenses. Tuition at RCS only covers about 80% of our budget. We believe Christian education should be available to all families, and we strive to keep tuition as low as possible. We're able to do this thanks to the many supporters - from churches to corporations and individuals to estates - that have chosen to support the works of our school.
Please consider supporting the school with a financial gift so we can continue to educate our covenant youth in the training and instruction of the Lord. There are several different ways to contribute to RCS:
Annual Fund
Donations made to the RCS Annual General Fund help support the school's operating expenses. Gifts may be made at any time throughout the year. These donations generally meet the short-term needs of the school. Contact our Business Manager at business@rochesterchristianschool.org for information about making a donation to the Rochester Christian School Annual Fund.
FUNd Run
Each fall, RCS students put on their sneakers and have fun running to raise money for RCS. Please consider supporting a student (they earn great prizes if you do!).
The RCS Foundation supports and underwrites Christ-centered education at Rochester Christian School by reducing the cost of tuition, providing scholarships to families in need, supporting teachers professional development, providing capital improvement support, and targeting financial resources where they are needed most. The Foundation’s endowment accepts and manages tax-deductible gifts of property, securities, life insurance, bequests, memorials, cash and other forms of contributions for the benefit of Rochester Christian School. The RCS Foundation uses the approach of long term planning to meet the financial needs and security of the school.
