Amazonsmile….Get Started:
How do I register and receive donations for my charitable organization?
Rochester Christian School has joined the AmazonSmile Foundation for you to donate to. You can change your charity at any time and search or suggest one when you first set up AmazonSmile.
Items that are eligible for the donations will be marked as such on their product pages. Unfortunately, Subscribe-and-Save purchases and renewals don't count.
The only real catch is you have to start your shopping at smile.amazon.com (which means you have to update your bookmark if you want to do this), and shopping from the Amazon apps, Kindle, or through affiliate links won't count.
Otherwise, it's just like shopping on Amazon—only you get to support your favorite charity without doing anything extra (not even donating time or effort). Check out theAmazonSmile FAQs page for more information or hit up the link below to get started.
Rochester Christian School participates in the Labels for Education which is another fun and easy program where families and members of the community work together to “Earn Free Stuff” for their school!
By collecting UPCs and beverage/sauce caps from over 2,500 participating products, supplementing your earnings through the eLabels for Education℠ program and with our bonus offers, your school earns points that can be redeemed for Arts, Athletics, and Academics merchandise. Explore the online catalog to see what Rochester Christian School can earn! You can help by saving labels from hundreds of varieties of Campbell’s soups, Pepperidge Farm bread, cookies and goldfish, V8 and tomato juices, V8 Splash juice, Franco-American Spaghetti O’s, Prego sauces, Pace salsa and Swanson broths. Please send in the UPC Code of the label to the office for collection. If you have any questions on this program, please contact the office.
Ink Cartridges:
When you have emptied your printer’s ink cartridge, please don’t throw it away. RCS collects these empty ink cartridges and receives money for each one we collect and submit for recycling. The following brands are accepted in the program: Canon, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Lanier and Xerox. Please send your empty ink cartridges (NOT laser) to school in a plastic bag to avoid ink stains. Questions on this program can be directed to the office.
Box Tops for Education:
Rochester Christian School is raising money through a fund-raising program called Box Tops for Education. It is fun and easy. All you need to do is collect the box tops from participating General Mills cereals, snacks, and Yoplait yogurt multi-packs. You may go to www.boxtops4education.com/products for a complete listing of all the new products that are now a part of this program. Simply clip the box top logos and send them to school with your child. That’s all there is to it! The more we collect, the more money we can earn. If you have any questions, please contact the office. You also can participate online by shopping through the Box Tops Marketplace and visiting the Box Tops Reading Room.
